The skinbooster injection consists of micro-injections of low cross-linked hyaluronic acid in the middle dermis of the face, neck, décolleté and hands, in order to restore deep hydration.

Hyaluronic acid is a polysaccharide present in the connective tissue of the dermis, the synovial fluid of the joints and the vitreous humor of the eye. The treatment
The low cross-linked hyaluronic acid is injected using flexible micro-cannulas, in a coating, on all the areas to be treated. This treatment is painless thanks to the lidocaine present in the hyaluronic acid syringes. The sessions last on average between fifteen and thirty minutes depending on the areas treated. Dr. Devoir recommends two sessions at one month intervals and a third session at six months. However, it is during your first consultation that Dr. Devoir will advise you on the most appropriate protocol for your skin and your expectations.
Immediate aftermath of the treatment
Benign side effects: redness, skin sensitivity or pain, itching, may appear in the treated areas.
These inconveniences are mostly temporary and disappear spontaneously.
This treatment does not require a work stoppage and patients can resume their activities immediately. No social eviction is required.
However, it is recommended to avoid prolonged exposure to the sun, temperatures below 0°C, sauna or hammam for 15 days.
It is also necessary to avoid rubbing, massaging or applying make-up to the treatment areas for 48 hours.
Contraindications
Medical contraindications exist, including certain allergic conditions, autoimmune diseases, anticoagulant medications, active skin infections, the presence of non-resorbable products in the injection areas, pregnancy and breastfeeding.
